where you want to place the gem or rhinestone. Use a tweezer or a dotting tool 

to pick up the gem and carefully place it onto the nail. Press lightly to secure it in

place.

4. Finishing touches: Once your design is complete, allow it to dry thoroughly. 

Apply a layer of top coat over the entire nail to seal and protect your design. This

 will also give your nails an extra shine.

5. Practice and experiment: Nail art requires practice to improve your skills. Try

 new techniques, play with colors, and be creative. Experiment with different 

patterns, gradients and textures to create unique designs.
